Authority  Description Decision
1. 1900 March 24 Incorporation of the "Inter Western Pacific Industrial Exhibition Company Limited" under the provisions of The Companies Ordinance of the North West Territories.
2. 1933 December 11 Name changed to "The Calgary Exhibition & Stampede Limited".
3. 1961 January 01 Lease agreement between The City of Calgary and Calgary Exhibition & Stampede Limited.
4. 1966 August 11 Lease agreement between The City of Calgary and the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede Limited.
5. 1967 October 04, Commissioners' Report The purpose of the representation on the Board of Calgary Exhibition and Stampede Limited is to act as a liaison between the Board and City Council.
6. 1990 July 23, Final Report of Committee on Committees Council directed that Aldermanic representation on the Calgary Exhibition & Stampede Board be reduced from 4 to 2.
7. 1990 November 20 Bylaws of Calgary Exhibition & Stampede
8. 1991 October 04, NM91-60 Council requested to include native representation on the Stampede Board of Directors.

10. 2010 June, name change From "Calgary Exhibition & Stampede Board" to "Calgary Stampede Board"
11. 2013 October 21, Bylaw 40M2011 coming into force To discontinue the use of the title "Alderman" in favour of the title "Councillor".
