2. 1975 March 24, Bylaw 26/75 Bylaw 5591 and 7802 are repealed. The Committee shall advise Council on the development of Emergency plans and programs.
3. 1978 April 25, Bylaw 77/78 To amend Bylaw 26/75. A Co-ordinator of Volunteer and Support to be appointed by the City's Fire Chief.
4. 1981 June 22, Bylaw 21M81 To amend the Disaster Services Bylaw. To enact the following: To declare a state of local emergency - Local Emergency Committee

15. 2006 February 25 Council, DS2006-01 Terms of Reference are greatly expanded from the limited terms that the committee has been operating under since inception.
16. 2008 April 14, Bylaw 23M2008 Bylaw changing the Committee's name from "Disaster Services Committee" to "Emergency Management Committee"
17. 2013 October 21, Bylaw 40M2011 coming into force. To discontinue the use of the title "Alderman" in favour of the title "Councillor".
