Mandate:
The Calgary Homeless Foundation ("CHF") is responsible for implementation of the 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness ("10YP"). Achieving the goals of the plan will require sound governance, competent fiscal and investment management and continues advocacy at high levels for policies, programs and approaches that challenge conventional wisdom.

The directors shall be elected to the Board at the annual meeting of Members and shall serve until their successors are elected or appointed.
